Before I start, I must admit I have become quite a fan of Canadian lofi indie band “Men I Trust” over the past few years, after discovering their music online. First time I heard their music, probably a perfect combination of discovery and the song you supposed to hear, my eardrums were instantly captivated by the nostalgic lofi dream pop sound , along with the enchanting dreamy voice of lead singer Emmanuelle Proulx.
So on that note, I discovered this pumping rework by Netherlands DJ and electronic music producer Elinov, who decided to give Men I Trust’s song ‘Break For Lovers’ a deep house remix, and what an incredible job he did with this. I dont have anything else but to say listen to the remix below…
